Rori McDougal
Prior to forming PeopleCore, Rori spent most of her career working in the construction industry. She held the position of Controller for a homebuilder in New Jersey and a Third-Party Administrator in Colorado. Rori was the owner of a painting company in Colorado employing upwards of 120 painters for several years.
When not working, Rori gets the most joy from spending time with her three children and family. She is active with her children’s school and church parish. She loves to play golf, tennis, and spending time in the sun and at the beach.
Rori holds an accounting degree from Marquette University.

Steven D. Anderson
Prior to his current position as CEO of PeopleCore, he took time from his career to serve for 1 ½ years as a Military Relations Representative for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for the military stationed in the north eastern United States. In this capacity he was responsible for the personnel and their families assigned to the Navy War College, Navy Officer Candidate School, Groton Submarine School, Coast Guard Academy, and 15 Fast Attack Submarines.
Mr. Anderson was Owner and President of Performance Solutions, Inc for 18 years. In early 2019 Performance Solutions, Inc. merged with PeopleCore, Inc. and Mr. Anderson was selected as CEO.
Mr. Anderson has developed and facilitated leadership training worldwide, including places such as Thailand, China, Japan, Canada, and many other locations. In addition, Mr. Anderson conducted the First Line and Step-up Leadership Training for some of the largest Refining and Chemical companies, for over 10 years, training over 1,600 supervisors.
Prior to creating Performance Solutions, Mr. Anderson served for over 20 years and retired from the USAF. While in the Air Force he was responsible for installing equipment and training personnel around the world for the Air Force Technical Applications Center, in support of Atomic Energy Detection Program. While he was in the Air Force, he was named Instructor of the Year for the Air Training Command, as well as Senior NCO of the year.
Mr. Anderson has degrees in Instructional Development and Electronic Engineering Technology.
Mr. Anderson’s first love is horses and describe himself as “just an old cowboy”. Prior to recently moving to Houston, he owned ranches in Southwest Colorado and Utah where he raised horses, Scottish Highland cattle, alpacas, llamas, and an assortment of other ranch animals.
