PeopleCore was established to help customers achieve their business results by supporting them in one or both of the following areas:
• Building effective training, procedures, and other technical systems to develop employees’ knowledge and skills
• Translating knowledge and skills into performance on the job through organizational effectiveness and culture change practices
In our experience, the best results are realized when both areas are addressed. Our job is to help you in one or both areas depending on your needs. Training, procedures, tests and other technical systems are necessary but usually not sufficient by themselves to change performance and culture. Similarly, job performance relies upon training, procedures, and other systems to achieve sustainable change. Our approach is anchored in the belief that our customers’ people differentiate their business from the competition and make results happen. We also believe that one size does not fit all, so we do not push a rigid “best practices” model intended to fit all situations. Instead we work with your unique situation to implement meaningful, cost effective solutions.
Over the years, PeopleCore has continuously improved its offerings without losing site of the core principles of the company. Improvements have included adapting to new ways of learning for the upcoming workforce and using technology to decrease the cost and improve efficiency.
In 2019, PeopleCore and Performance Solutions merged, and Steve Anderson took over as CEO. By merging the companies, PeopleCore has the capability of offering a more comprehensive training program.
