Rulon is a Sr. Consultant for PeopleCore, Inc. with 30 years’ experience as an HR professional.  For most of his career he worked with leaders at Shell Oil Company at all levels, across all divisions and in many countries.  For example, he trained and coached leaders at various refinery and chemical plants across the US and Latin America.  He worked with leaders in Canada, including those at the Oil Sands sites.  He developed HR policy and blended training applied globally.  He was the sole internal consultant for the Deepwater Leadership team operating a dozen oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.  Rulon is best known for his positive, sometimes light-hearted approach to business and leadership.  He’s never met a job he didn’t like.
